  • Q. How do I book you for my wedding day?
    • A. I’d love to photograph your big day. Please give me a call at 479.719.8782 or head over to the contact page to send me a message and I’ll agent back to you ASAP.
  • Q. What is required to reserve you for my wedding day?
    • A. Half of the total is due as a retainer to hold and guarantee your date. The remaining half is due 1 month before your wedding day. Of course, you’re welcome to pay it all at once.
  • Q. What if my wedding date changes after we have put down the retainer?
    • A. All retainers are non-refundable but are definitely transferable to another date within 12 months of the original wedding date. I’ll work with you to find another date that I have available for your wedding.
  • Q. What are my payment options?
    • A. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal (service fees may apply for PayPal). Once the initial 50% retainer has been paid to reserve your date, the final 50% is due one month (30 days) before your wedding date. Payment plans are available upon request.
  • Q. Are you willing to travel outside of Fort Smith/Arkansas/the USA?
    • A. Definitely! I love to travel and experience new photographic experiences. Please ask about rates and availability.
  • Q. I’m not located in Arkansas or nearby, can I still book you?
    • A. Thanks to all the technology these days, absolutely! We can do all the consultations over the phone or Skype or FaceTime, etc. We can do all the contracts and such over email as well.
  • Q. I’ve looked at your website and I loved what I saw? Do you have any more work I can view?
    • A. Of course. We can schedule an in-person consultation sometime so we can look over some albums and galleries from past weddings over a cup of coffee – my treat.
  • Q. Do you limit the number of photos you take?
    • A. No way! With over 80 GigaBytes of memory cards (and counting) and over 10 TeraBytes of storage (not including backups), there’s no reason to chance missing a moment to “save frames”.
  • Q. Do you do any retouching?
    • A. All images are tastefully retouched to look their best.
  • Q. I have friends/family who are getting married, can I refer them?
    • A. I really appreciate referrals. If you are a current or past client, and you refer someone who books me for a wedding, you’ll receive a free photo session with a cd of 10-15 full resolution images.
  • Q. Where will our engagement and bridal sessions take place?
    • A. I suggest any place you would consider to have special meaning, reflects your personalities, or showcases your fun side.
  • Q. What should we wear for our engagement session?
    • A. I’d suggest clothes, but I’m kinda modest like that… Or you can check out the “Tips…” page for more suggestions.
